Yes, you can change the phone number connected to your account.

You only need to go to your Account screen, which is the last option in the navigation menu.

Once you are there, press the Edit profile button, and click on your phone number.

It will take you to the Change number screen, where you can enter your new phone number and a verification code will be sent. Once you enter this verification code, your phone number will be changed.
