Navigate to the audio, either by searching for it on the "Home" screen or searching for it in "Search" screen (second option on the navigation menu)

On the audio, tap on the 3 vertical points in the bottom right, and select “Report.” Then, an alert will appear asking you the reason of reporting that audio, select the reason and report the audio.
